Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the TypeDuel games and this website. By downloading or using the game, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the game for your own entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the game except as allowed by law.

Purchases

Some games offer optional in-app purchases. All billing is handled by Apple under its terms; refunds are subject to Apple's policies. Virtual items have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money.

Apple standard terms

Apps downloaded from the App Store are also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard "Apple EULA"). Where it applies, it supplements these terms.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make it fun and stable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TypeDuel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the changes.
